COVID-19 Office Policy

During this time our highest priority is the health and safety of our patients and staff.

We have implemented a COVID-19 Policy to keep everybody safe:

• When booking appointments a Covid – 19 Health Questionnaire will be asked, as well as at the time of the appointment.

• Anyone entering the office must wear a mask.

• All patients must come alone and on time. If assistance is needed for the patient, please let us know before so that we can accommodate social distancing.

• Staff temperatures will be taken daily. Patient temperatures will be done at appointment.

• Disinfection protocols in compliance with Health Canada of all equipment, patient area and eyewear.
